Shipping Policy

We provide worldwide shipping by air mail with Australia Post.

Shipping includes international tracking and insurance in case of your parcel getting lost in the mail.

We are pleased to accommodate returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase.

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

Buyers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be held responsible for any decrease in value.
